A New Year, Another Success Story At The Saundersfoot
News Year Day Swim
Sam and Daisy kicked of 2017 with another winning performance. However, to further highlight their competitive qualities in life there isn’t a boat in sight.
Saundersfoot New Years Day Swim
The duo took part in the 33rd annual charity Saundersfoot New Years Day Swim in their home town of Saundersfoot, raising awareness for their named charity The Red Lipstick Foundation. As always there was a great turn out and over 1,800 swimmers took part in the New Years Day Swim.
A Winning Reputation to Uphold
Sam and Daisy have been taking part for many years, winning the group fancy dress on new years day 2015 and 2016. Undoubtedly the stakes were high and to make it three in a row they had to go bigger and better than before (previously they’d built a bi-plane and the Millenium Falcon).
Trojan Horse Triumph
To spearhead their title defence, the team built a 3.6m Trojan horse in 48 hours and dressed as Trojan Warriors, Daisy as Helen of Troy.
The team were delighted to secure their third successive success and be crowned group fancy dress winners for 2017. The stakes are undoubtedly even higher for 2018. A massive thanks to goes to all their supporters and of course donations to the Red Lipstick Foundation (RFL) are always welcome! If you would like to donate you can visit the page here.
Here’s to more success for you and Coleman Racing in 2017!
